About Our Team

Instor3 Project was founded by mother and daughter, Shelley and Ericka Coulter, a vision rooted in legacy, creativity, and generational strength.

Shelley grew up watching her mother and grandmother navigate life with limited resources but unlimited resilience. From them, she learned the power of storytelling, entrepreneurship, faith, and community leadership. Those early lessons shaped her belief that stability is built intentionally,  and that women are often the architects of generational change.

With those same values, Shelley raised Ericka to dream boldly, create without apology, and build pathways where none existed. Creativity, confidence, and courage were not optional,  they were foundational.

Together, they created Instor3 Project to bridge generations, honoring the strength of women who survived with little, while equipping youth and women today with the tools to complete education, pursue trades or STEM, build businesses, prioritize wellness, and lead confidently.

Instor3 is a legacy in motion, transforming resilience into structured, measurable opportunity.

  • Shelley Coulter is a community strategist, storyteller, and intergenerational leader dedicated to building completion-focused pathways for youth and women. As Co-Founder of Instor3 Project, she integrates mentorship, workforce development, wellness advocacy, and entrepreneurship into holistic support models that move families from survival to sustained success.

    Rooted in the strength of the women who raised her, Shelley’s work centers dignity, equity, and long-term outcomes. She has built partnerships with schools, workforce leaders, and community organizations to ensure that access to opportunity leads to measurable completion.

    Shelley speaks on generational leadership, women’s empowerment, holistic youth development, and building sustainable community ecosystems. Her message is clear: resilience is inherited, but stability is built intentionally.

  • Ericka Coulter is a creative leader, visionary builder, Founder of the music platform, The Basement Series and Co-Founder of Instor3 Project. Raised on the values of entrepreneurship, storytelling, and unapologetic confidence, she represents the next generation of leadership rooted in legacy and innovation.

    Through music, creativity, and youth mentorship, Ericka empowers young people to embrace identity, develop confidence, and pursue pathways in STEM, trades, entrepreneurship, and higher education. Her work bridges creative expression with tangible career and leadership outcomes.

    Ericka speaks on creative empowerment, youth voice, women’s leadership, and generational impact. She embodies the belief that when young women are equipped with mindset, mentorship, and opportunity, they build boldly and lead without limitation.
