Global Sisterhood & Workforce Initiative™
In Partnership with Global One Foundation
Instor3 Project, in collaboration with Global One Foundation, is expanding its international footprint through the development of its third senior high school in Norobari, Kenya—serving over 200 students in underserved slum communities.
This initiative goes beyond access to education. It is a holistic model designed to ensure completion, dignity, and long-term success for young girls and women.

The Sisterhood Connection
This project is anchored in building a global sisterhood without borders:
Virtual partnerships between girls and women in the U.S. and Kenya
Courageous conversations centered on identity, self-awareness, and purpose
Shared learning experiences in mental health, self-care, and leadership
Storytelling exchanges to build confidence and global perspective
Young girls and women are not only gaining access to school—they are gaining voice, confidence, and vision for their future.
The Impact
Together, we are:
Breaking generational cycles through education and workforce exposure
Creating safe, supported environments for girls to thrive
Building global pathways rooted in equity, dignity, and opportunity
Ensuring that access leads to completion and lifelong success
This is more than a school—it is a movement.
A movement where young girls in Norobari, Kenya are seen, supported, and connected to a global sisterhood that believes in their power.
From Kansas City to Kenya, we are building pathways that turn resilience into results.
