Women in Trades Pre-Apprenticeship Cohort
Beginning Fall 2026

The Instor3 Project Women in Trades Cohort is a pre-apprenticeship program designed to introduce women to career pathways in the skilled trades and construction industry.

Launching in Fall 2026, this cohort will provide participants with exposure to trade careers, foundational skills training, workforce readiness, and mentorship from industry professionals.

Participants will receive support in areas including career exploration, financial literacy, workplace expectations, and personal development. The program will also connect women to training partners, certification opportunities, and apprenticeship pathways that lead to stable careers and long-term economic mobility.

Through education, mentorship, and workforce partnerships, Instor3 aims to expand access and create supportive pathways for women entering the trades.
